If you purchased online using the FPX payment method and decide to return your order (or part of your order) requesting a refund, your refund will be emailed to you in the form of an e-voucher that can be redeemed in stores or online.
Alternatively, if you choose to receive your refund in cash, you will need to write to us at the below address confirming your order number, the items that have been returned, your address that the order was sent to (this is the address that your cheque will be sent to) and your name. Please ensure your returned items are sent before this letter and sent separately, they should be sent to our returns address (which can be found on your order paperwork in your parcel). Upon receiving your letter, we will cancel the automatic e-voucher that was emailed to you, if this e-voucher has already be redeemed, a cheque will not be sent to you. If you are eligible for a cheque, one will be sent to you within 35 days of receiving your letter.
